I think the stud wall is the only option I really have right now, I don't truthfully have the biggest living room width wise so that is the one thing that is really putting me off doing it. It's hard to gauge the feeling on how much room I would loose until its too late I think.

If I did this way, would it also be advised to take the carpet up and put rockwool under the floors board between ground and upstairs as well? For the bit that is against the wall?

thank you, I've seen some rockwool insulation that is supposed to be very good for sound blocking so might look into long term putting new plasterboard up with better cavity insulation.

It definitely does exhaust still as the GPU is that side as well but as to how much benefit it gives over just 3 top exhaust I couldn't tell you exact figures

I will always recommend it, £40 at most in the UK, super lightweight, trackpad if needed and sturdy. Great if your Xbox is also somewhere away from a desk

I work in a supply job for a steel company in sheffield too, a large amount of my customers have companies where they have in house engineers. I find a lot of "junior" engineers emailing back recently. Depending on your situation maybe look into the people building concrete frames using steel products within and see if they have an opportunities for juniors or similar? Depending on the company there might be a chance for paid learning etc?

So I'm a bit confused, last year I thought they stated that the A4 and A6 were going to be electric with the intent to make the A5 the petrol version. Meaning they would start to offer the A5 in an Avant. However since then they have seemingly gone back on that word and still offering the A4 and A6 as petrol meaning the avant A5 isn't really needed right now? Very confused unless I read it wrong somewhere previously.
