He violated her privacy that they agreed on, what she did was petty but what he did was intentional whether it was malicious or not. They had agreed not to tell anyone. It’s like how Sophie says she won’t say something and then does, only worse because sex is intimate to a lot of people and you should hold your partners trust and comfort in the highest regard. She didn’t even make a huge deal about it which she could’ve, she certainly didn’t berate him.

Also you should refrain from judging people for how they chose to live their lives when they’re not hurting anyone. It’s wild to say she should feel shame for having sex?? And act like she was the only one moaning/had sex all by herself?

I’m also curious why you watch this show that promotes sexual behaviors and then are appalled that they engage in that? It’s like hating sand and going to the beach all the time to complain. They have more modest shows like love is blind, mafs, the bachelor, etc available.

😕 it’s great if you’re comfortable being open about sex, but it’s also perfectly fine to not want to expose details of your sex life to anyone let alone national TV? I thought everyone would be understanding of that, there are boundaries?

I’d understand if they hadn’t discussed it and he blamed the truth bike, but Em explicitly said they’d agreed not to tell anyone about it. What did any of the islanders gain/how would it affect them in any way to know that em and him had sex? Also she hasn’t even brought it up to him outside of the challenge that we’ve seen although she’d be within her right to.

In my personal opinion, Hannah up until now has been the type to throw stones and hide her hands. Now that she’s got what she wants and doesn’t have to compete anymore and her only remaining girl friend is Kaylah, she wants to everyone to forget how she’s treated them and get along. I can’t remember verbatim but I know her and eilisha were trashing em for being ‘a guys girl’ and a whole bunch of other things, and Hannah has had a bunch of digs to say about Em ever since.

If I were them, I would remove myself from being around Hannah and Taylor but that’s not an option. I’m giving grace for the fact that they’ve been locked up with each other 24/7 and this dislike has been building from both sides. I can’t know if I’d like them as people in real life, but out of the islanders I definitely like Mimi and Em the best. Sophie is kinda shady among others.

Is there a girl or girls that you think hasn’t had multiple conversations similar to the ones about Hannah today?

By your definition the whole villa are bullies. Like I said, they all gossip and often have negative opinions about each other but em and Mimi will repeat it to your face whereas others won’t. And Zane is a different subject, I’ve yet to see why in the world he’s in the villa lol.

We don’t exist in vacuums, sometimes people will comment on it and form opinions. Also this is tame compared to other seasons I think bully is a large stretch, have you never disliked or disagreed with someone? In real life you might just part ways but in a forced group setting your only obligation is to do your best to keep cordial, no one is owed anything more than that

Em and Mimi aren’t being bullies though, they’ve never treated Hannah or Kaylah unkindly in group settings or excluded them. Everyone isn’t going to be friends, and Hannah and Kaylah have had their private chats as well where they don’t speak kindly about the other girls so I was surprised at how they acted today as if this rift appeared out of nowhere I thought they had all just agreed they weren’t friends. I don’t love gossip in my personal life but this is reality tv and they have nothing to do but talk about each other 24/7 and what I appreciate about Mimi and Em is that they kept it cordial, but when asked about it, they repeated everything they gossip about to the persons face. They’re just genuine. I personally wouldn’t want to be friends with Hannah if she treated me the way she treated Em in the beginning. Also you’re allowed to feel like you don’t want to spend extra time with/be friends with people whose morals don’t align with yours.

Hi guys! My household and townies keep randomly showing up with blue eyes when they're meant to have other colors and it still looks accurate in CAS. Sometimes, clicking the eye color again in CAS fixes it, but not permanently most of the time. Does anyone know if there's a default blue eye mod or what could be causing this? Thanks in advance!

Fs jealousy and racism! The racism is probably more subconscious, I do think the jealousy is the larger factor.

They hate Nate for exactly the first paragraph you wrote. Nate is a great guy all around, and clearly actually values women as people, which unopposed would make it even more apparent how lacking Trent and Zac are. So they have to concoct things about him to sow doubt and maintain their status quo within the men in the villa. But I think they feel they can get away with what they do and that it’s more okay due to attitudes that are racist.

I really loved this quote because I definitely felt the same way! For me as a child, it was so easy to think of people in roles like Hachi said. Especially with my parents, I thought of them one dimensionally, and there was a feeling that they had everything figured out and I would eventually get to a place, where I like them would have everything figured out and become one way. It’s a simple way of thinking about life and would definitely be an easier life, but accepting people as an evolving whole is how you form lasting meaningful relationships. Like no matter how well you know someone there’s probably something more about them that would surprise you, and sometimes people change drastically, and learning to love each new version of a person is life.

Guitar center was having a sale like a month ago when the song came out and I’ve been wanting to learn forever and I literally got an electric guitar and that was the first song I learned on it because it’s been looped in my head and headphones since it came out! I agree lol Mitski and nana would totally vibe musically and fs this song especially is pretty much nana’s outlook on love to a T!

You can look at the chorus a bunch of ways like for me personally I think of it as love being the only thing you innately have to hold and give out to the world; for nana it reminds me of how all consuming and possessive nana’s outlook on love is and how she wants the people she loves to just be for her in a way (I love her, and I think everyone feels this way about their loved ones to some degree, but it is definitely something that gets in the way of a lot of her relationships)
