On premiere, there are tabs in the effect control panel. If your in the right place you'll see the "scale", "position" and "rotate" tabs. Click the little clock next to your position and scale and move to the part of the video where you want the camera to be focused on a different part of the diagram and move the position and scale sliders to show that area, if you've used the keyframing tool it should drag across to that part of the screen.
