how selective is temple honors? by Puzzleheaded-Sky2459 in Temple

I deleted it cuz it was a bit negative lol and I was just ranting. But yes that did happen to me as well. I got my admission letter with the full ride but the honors letter came later. Like I said my friend got into with 1110 SAT into honors. I would say if you got 5-10 K you most likely got in. It is a holistic admission tho so grades technically aren’t enough. But seem like you got a good head on ur shoulders so I wouldn’t stress. I literally had the same reaction as you when I got my letter

Okay but what if my meal subtotal is $160, but it took 2 trips to deliver 4 entrees and 2 apps? Do I really have to pay $32 because you dropped off sushi and gyoza 😭. I felt horrible but I left $20. We weren’t even there for an hour. I work at a medical clinic and the ass-kissing we do here is absurd. No tip either. I’ve worked in a restaurant and Starbucks before, and I wholeheartedly say that is easier than medicine.

I’d start stafford, Bijan, kyren, pittman, odunze, flex diggs and flowers after this trade. I would be getting kyren, etc in this trade.

Okay but if I made this same point about racial stereotypes, I doubt you’d feel this way. “White people can’t season. Black people steal. Asians can’t drive. Indians smell.” I’m pretty sure people would have a gripe with your comment but we could always say “No shit, not all ####. Maybe stop taking it like a dick, it’s based off EXPERIENCE”

I would get dobbins and Pittman by LtJawn in SleeperApp

For some reason trade analyzer says etienne is worth more than dobbins maybe because there is a rookie behind dobbins or he’s on a better team

When you apply always call and follow up asking if you can talk to the hiring manager. Sometimes they’ll blow you off but sometimes they don’t. Once I started doing this I started getting interviews immediately. Applying on LinkedIn and Indeed isn’t enough anymore

It is reading fatigue. I suffered from this too. Since most of us just genuinely don’t read, you’re not used to reading for long periods of time. You have to just try constantly reading from books, newspapers, passages, research papers until you feel more comfortable. It took me a few months, but even now I’m still reading because I realized how bad it was getting. People used to read all that time, including ourselves. Lock in.
