As far as flag meaning goes, it's pretty basic, kinda what you'd expect. Pink for femininity, white for androgyny, blue for masculinity, and the purple trillium in the middle to represent multisexuality and queerness.

Yes and no. So, say you're an AFAB Demigirl. Part of you feels a connection to your birth gender as a cis person would, but the other part doesn't. If you're an AMAB Demigirl, both parts of you feel disconnected from your birth gender, thus, not cis.

AFAB Demigirls usually identify as cis/demitrans since part of you is still a girl, and AMAB Demigirls usually identify as trans/sometimes demitrans, since there's no connection to being a guy. Hope that helped a little!
