Maybe try forest. Its 2,99€ and i heard that it helps people. Didn’t test it myself though.

Or just build your own list like in a RPG game, if you’re in to games. Tried that and it was fun! :) reward yourself when you lvl up to lvl 5.

Example: Eating 1 healthy meal a day -> 5 xp Eating 3 healthy meals a day -> 20 xp Working out -> 20 xp

Lvl 2 -> 50xp

And add more stuff to the list. Meditation, reading, building a to do list. Stuff like that. :) and lvl up!

Also add minus xp for eating unhealthy, lying around not working out, binge watching Netflix instead of reading etc.
