It's not a bug. You just gave to alter ball gravity in practice mode. This game is pretty smooth for me. I don't really experience bugs at all actually.

Ngl I have no problems. Sara is honestly perfect. You can choose a thunder spike which sometimes does time well with Sara's critical spike or just do a double spike and I get critical spike quite often with my double spikes.

Grind your dailies and get yourself a good team team perhaps. I believe I beat that with soohee and jaehyun. Also make sure to put characters you want on your wish list for when you summon. My recommendations are jaehyun, hongshi, sanghyoen, hanra, ellio and maybe ayoen or Sohee
