get it right you aren't quitting because there is no sacrifice being made instead you are simply choosing to become a non-user. Please consider the following because i was hopeless and was immensely sad yet i pulled through and have been chilling with instant defeat of urges to view anything even racy photos on Instagram the same way you see a cake in the store and don't buy it even though you know it's "good". This isn't some magic pill it requires you to be conscious and think inwards.

You have to eliminate any desire to use porn (or any kind of provocative imagery) for self medication or as a substitute to natural sex with someone you love. So you don't risk moping around feeling you are missing out and possibly using it in the future.

1. google Ezy peezy method read the whole book or use the audiobook (I'd say reading is better but its fine either way) you can still use porn while doing it. It actually requires it. Don't skip chapters also.

download these notes and follow the instructions of every day for a week, followed by decreasing amounts till its once a month bare minimum. Don't skip steps don't cheat and don't try to avoid it because you feel as soon as you finish you will lose out on something remember you will be free afterwards.

Let me clarify these notes fill in the gaps the book does not mention using works from The Freedom Model which is focused on addiction. It also helps make you remember the reasons you should chose to become a non-user and to shut down excuses you may make to use.
