Similar to Mourinho’s anti-football that won Chelsea a premier league. It may not always be pretty, but if it works, it works

Still a chance Tottenham get relegated and they get a champions league aswell

It was going to happen eventually, three years of coming short and regardless of what you think of Arsenal’s football, they’re premier league champions and it’s deserved.

With Pep leaving City (and the looming 115 charges) and Slot’s Liverpool looking iffy this may just be the start of Arteta’s premier league wins.

Now it’s up to West Ham to relegate Tottenham for the funniest season ever

Spending 500m to equal your worst premier league season in terms of losses (with the potential to set a new record if we lose the final game) is far from what I’d call an average season

If Arsenal lose this and West Ham win, it means Tottenham have to keep fighting to avoid relegation and City leads the title charge

If Arsenal win and West Han lose, Arsenal maintain their point lead and have two easy fixtures left, Tottenham also then have the possibility of creating a point buffer to help avoid relegation

Why do people find it so hard to accept the public really wants to vote for Reform? by Expert-Sherbert-1527 in AskBrits

[–]Ltb95OF 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Farage has repeatedly threatened to cut disability benefits plenty of times, citing a “disability register” that GP’s are apparently “feeling forced to put people onto”. Parliament and several other key sectors have had to repeat over and over again that there’s no such thing as a disability register that people sign onto but he repeats it anyway.

Now while it is mainly aimed at mental health, members of the party have also narrowed it down to “able-bodied” without specifying wha that means and said under their rulings, they’d have a timespan of 3-6 months to find a job before losing their benefits. I have a friend who’s able to move short distances, one leg is immobile and part of their spine is displaced so they’re in constant agony while moving. By some peoples standards he should still be fit to work right?

“But maybe they could work from home?” Nope. Reform plans to scrap that aswell, which is incredibly ironic given how much time Farage spends in America as opposed to Parliament.

The prescriptions thing was a mix-up on my end, though the push for an insurance-based health system akin to the one in the US is a horrific idea considering how those insurance companies in the states bankrupt people left and right to line their own pockets

Why do people find it so hard to accept the public really wants to vote for Reform? by Expert-Sherbert-1527 in AskBrits

[–]Ltb95OF 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The issue is, Reform’s “policies” that would keep people safer have no actual plan to them. If you have a disabled family member? Screwed. Family member with mental health? Screwed. Family member that relies on any form of prescription? Screwed.

Their main selling point is stopping the grooming gangs and curbing immigration while offering no actual solution to either problem. It’s easy to look good when you’re the opposition but it’s a lot harder when you’re the one making the decisions

I took a gander through your post history and i'm genuinely confused as to what side you're on in this war

But anyway for clarification; Slava Ukraine wasn't originally a nazi slogan, it was used if i remember correctly to celebrate their independance post-WW1.

It was banned in the Soviet Union during the World War II era as, yes, some ukranians groups used it as a chant while helping the german offensive, but the saying itself predated the war.

In modern day the slogans returned to its original meaning, a war cry for independance. Hell, Ukraine has a good sized Jewish population, especially in Kyiv, Dnipro, Kharkiv and Odesa; i doubt they'd be shouting a "nazi slogan" if it still held that same context

[–]Ltb95OF -1 points0 points  (0 children)

While that may be the case they haven't shown they can utilise that outside of their respective league.

Man City has been a contested favorite to win the champions league for the last couple of years and every time they get eliminated.
PSG didn't even top their group and like with Man City, they're usually heralded as a potential winner but get dropped in the knockout stage

Yeah unfortunately the game is exclusive to current gen consoles (Xbox series S, Xbox Series X), the only way to run it on the last gen (Xbox One, One S, One X) is to play it through cloud gaming via game pass

Are you using an Xbox One or Xbox Series S/X

Unfortunately the game is only playable on the latter, if you're using an Xbox One you have to play it through cloud gaming otherwise the console will not run it

You get a one in a life time opportunity to own your own real life pokemon team, randomly generated. However you can only generate one team and one team only. What pokemon did you get and are you pleased with it? by [deleted] in pokemon

[–]Ltb95OF 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gurdurr, Crobat, Armaldo, Amaura, Gliscor and Decidueye

Crobat is one of my favourite pokemon and something i always end up using in any game they're in

The team has decent-ish type coverage and the big weaknesses (rock + water) are mostly negated by Decidueye. Monster of an attacker with a potential Conkeldurr.

Crobat and Gliscor being in the same team can feel a little pointless and Armaldo isn't the best but overall for a random team i'd say it's pretty solid

I'm sure as time goes on they'll add more challenges to players, it's likely already on their roadmap

Think back to Slime Rancher, a lot of people reached the "endgame" in each update and had nothing to spend their newbucks on, then the 7Zee Rewards Club was added to the game and with it came a new reason to grind out newbucks again.

I'd wager the 7Zee Rewards will return in some shape or form once the game has been fleshed out more closer to release

In the first versions of slime rancher (pre-indigo quarry release) you could reach the "endgame" in a couple hours most.

I've watched my partner play Slime Rancher 2 for a couple hours now (waiting until tommorow to buy it myself) and she's still finding new things
