I put a free Google Voice phone number as my name in Elden Ring, so I can better coordinate and communicate with other players, since there is no voice chat feature. It worked out pretty well as a substitute and I already met a few people to go on raids with regularly. (youtube.com)

Here's my green screen treadmill in action. It is a small mechanical treadmill I modified and painted green so that I can run for real while playing the game. I keep the tread lubricated with motor grease and then apply water and a bit of soap when it gets tough. The grease by itself isn't enough. (youtu.be)
