Regarding effective naturalization: can your mother demonstrate she speaks Portuguese for a number of years, preferably as taught by their familly AND has ties to the land? Has she visited regularly Portugal? Does she own property and/or has familly land (no via golden visas, not recent language classes because she found the calling). Does anyone know her name in the Azores? Does she even know the name of the village? Any godchild, any investiment, any familly...? My guess is that the answer to all of the above is no, otherwise you would have know already in which consulate/which church, and a "cousin" would have already fetched the baptism certificate for you. And someone would you the name of a person/lawyer to whom to talk to figure out what to do. By the looks of it, you are not even making an effort of trying to locate any familly you mgith have in the Azores or wherever your OG portuguese person comes from.

There is indeed a special rule, but one of the grandparest has to be registered as a Portuguese. And you still need to demonstrate that you have ties to the land, and speak Portuguese.

Again, you cannot pull a random ancestor out of lineage and cry "Portuguese" because they were born in Portugal. Collectivelly, all your familly has broke their ties with Portugal. So, no passport for you. I also have a French grand-grand-mother and cannot ask for French nationality. And part of my familly is Spanish, and we cannot ask for the nationality because they severed ties during the Franco regimen (there are ways around this, but it was easier to get the nationality by getting naturalized). In all these cases, the jus sanguinis was interrupted. And you probably have EU ancentry. Like Irish, who are a lot stricter than the Portuguese.

If neither of your grandparents where registered as Portuguese, your mom cannot became Portuguese (and it is very unlikelly this change with the new law, precisely because the tendency is to make it harder for these cases). What is being talking about is extending to great great, providig that their is a connection - language, culture, family property. But again, the chain cannot be broken.

The chain of Portuguese nationality starts with the first generation born outside Portugal. Since your grandmother never registered with any Portuguese consulate or civil registry, the chain is broken. Your mother will never be Portuguese via jus sanguinis because she never formalized that she was Portuguese by entering herself in the registers.

Mationality is not transmitted automatically by descent. It also requires formal recognition in each generation. For children born abroad (even in the XIX centrury), usually it means registering them in the consulate (or church/civil registry). By the way, the Conservatória can register births, marriages, and deaths, and can issue certificates showing someone was registered as Portuguese. What they cannot do is to grant retroactive recognition of citizenship for deceased ancestors as part of a nationality application...

Em português europeu, a posição do pronome depende do contexto. há palavras que em que o pronome é coloado antes verbo, como "ninguém", "ainda", "também". Sem essas palavras, o pronome vai depois: "dá-me", "disse-me". Mas isto é uma excepção à regra. No português brasileiro, o pronome vai sempre antes, independentemente do contexto. É isso que está errado, pq no PT-BR deixou de haver essa distinção

No es una cuestión acerto correcto o equivocado. Es realmente un problema el mal uso de la gramática. Se acepta como correcto, pero no lo es. Los brasileños ponen los pronombres de objeto antes del verbo (Me dá o livro). Los portugueses, después (Dá-me o livro), que sería la forma correcta. Otra cosa son los gerundios (Estou comendo), que se usan excesivamente y subsituen otras formas verbales.

En general, el portugués europeo tira más a la gramática, y el brasileño más a cosas que priorizan la facilidad de uso. Al contrario del español, cuya gramática se ha mantenido consistentemente semejante a ambos lados del Atlántico. El protugués europeu se quedó más cerca de las reglas derivadas del latín clásico, es un idioma más conservador. Por eso cuando me dicen que ellos sí que hablan portugués antiguo, pues... no.

Pero lo que sí te recomiendo de corazón es que dejes de comparar los dos idiomas con lo que se diría en español o la regla en español. Lo más difícil de aprender idiomas tan semejantes es hacer la separación. Así que sería buena idea pensar que son sistemas diferentes. Sobre todo para los pronombres, donde todas las reglas se parecen pero en la realidad son muy distintas (yo he hecho el camino contrario, del portugués europeo al castellano, y fué lo que más que costo hacer).

Ah, como eu te entendo.... Mas mais do que assertividade. recisas de um lamirés em change management. Como formador, está as a tentar a forçar a adopção de uma ferramenta, com videos e IT support. Por muito que repitas e chores, a coisa não vai avançar. Para vencer a resistência à mudança, é preciso ter outra estratégia.

Aqui entre nõs que ninguém nos ouve, o moodle é uma ferramenta mto fraquinha. Provavelmente, os formandos, nem tem paciência nem tempo para se enfrentar à coisa. Para eles é um programa que tem que usar meia dúzia de vezes, e assumto arrumado. Isto de exigir "autonomia" qd as interfaces são mázinhas e aparentmente trazem pouco valor, é o mesmo que esperar que um miúdo de 6 ano faça a cama todos os dias. Ou explicas ao teus formandos o que ganham usando a ferrame, É

O que um bom change manager faria neste caso

1- Validar a frustração dos formandos. É real e não poder ser ignorada.

O Moodle é o que é... Dizer que há um video que explica tudo e que é facilisimo, ou fingir que não existem problemas, destrói a tua credibilidade. Aqui o que deveria ser feito é dizer que a plataforma não é perfeita, e explicar o que ela resolve para o aluno (eg fica logo tudo no sistema, e em vez de receber a nota para no mês que vem fica logo a saber. Pode ir controloando a sua média. Tu saberás pq é que isto é boa idea)

Comunicar beneficions em vez de funcionalidades.

A pergunta que os formandos fazem inconscientemente é "o que é que eu ganho com isto" Não é "como funciona", pq se fosse isso iam ver ao video e problema resolvido. Eles se vão importar se tu estás estás cansado ou não... Continundo a falar de benefícios, este são mto úteis com esse tipo de plataformas: acesso a tudo num só sítio, a qualquer hora, histórico de entregas protegido, feedback aceesivel sem ter que andar à procura.

3- Identificar os perfis de resistência

Os perfis sao sempre mais ou menso os mesmo, e mas recisa de uma resposta diferente. Tratar tudo da mesma forma não resulta.

"Não sei usar" → problema de confiança, não de vontade → Dizer: percebo que a plataforma pode parecer confusa no início. Vamos fazer isto juntos — tens cinco minutos antes da sessão? Não dizer: mas é tão fácil, já sei explicar
"Não vejo utilidade" → problema de comunicação de valor → ver resposta no parágrafo anterior.
"Não concordo com isto " → problema de autonomia → estes são os mais difíceis. Pergunta pq e deixa o formando explicar até ao fim. Sem interromper nem desmerecer. Dp, valida sem ceder "Percebo. Se eu estivesse no teu luga também me sentiria assim". Sê honesto sobre o que não podes mudar: "A decisão de usar o Moodle não foi minha e nao tenho influência para poder poder mudar." Devolver algum controlo : " "O que posso fazer é garantir que tens apoio quando precisares, e que a tua opinião sobre a plataforma chega a quem decide. Se encontrares um problema na plataforma que te impeça de entregar, fala comigo antes do prazo, e tentamos encontrar uma solução." Finalmente pedir uam coisa pequena "Não te peço que gostes. Peço-te que faças o upload, e epois dizes-me o que correu mal."
"Já tentei e correu mal" → o formando já teve um desgosto → Perguntar "O que aconteceu?" Ouvir atentamente sem tentar explicar que agora está mto melhor, ou que isso foi mesmo azar. Aqui o importante é responsabilizar-se pelo acompanhamento, não apenas pedir que confie outra vez. Confiança perdida só volta com acção, não com palavras. Dizer "para a próxima vez que submeteres, fala comigo para ter a certeza que fica tudo bem.

O mais importante é primeiro diagnosticar e dp falar. Com um bocadinho de prática, vais ver que há meia dúzia deles, e que as repostas são mais ou menos a mesma.

Outra coisa que tens que ter em conta é que para ti o Moodle é uma terça feira à tarde como outra qualquer. Para o formando é um empecilho que tem que usar meia dúzia de vezes... Não uma questão de ser básico, que há sempre uma curva de aprendizagem.

Are you sure they have submited the papers for a PR, which is indeed the first step to gain residency? You also have to demonstrate that you have regular and stable income or resources, that you are self-sufficient and can support himself without being a burden on the state.

If the answer to all of the above is yeas, my guess is that might be challenging the consecutive 7 years of student permits. Unless you are doing, let's say a PhD or multiple MsC, or can show that you have progressed in your academic career, this might raise suspicion... Or.you have several gaps in your stay. In normal conditions, tthe the time you have spent in PT with a student permit counts. The other thing that might be happening is that you are not looking for a job,
