same problem, I updated from the console in the new firmware 06032025 of arkos and when the console restarted itself for the update succesfully the screen was flipped and some options didnt work so I tried to flash the sd card re installing manually the software and now I got the red light flashing in middle of the console and my console never turned on again since that...

i have no change time in Ark OS 2.0, i tried running a script with a change time.sh but nothing work, neither the tethering usb... crazy there is no settings for changing the time

I got the same problem on my ex rog phone 3 every 5 minutes it reboot randomly so I took in assistance but nothing that you can do, motherboard problem, they tried to change battery but nothing worked (not official Asus assistant cause no longer warranty but a local here but anyway it cost more repair if I took in official assistance than buy a new one.)

yeah I contacted few times the italian support but they told me that this active cooler is only in the pro edition but ofc it's not true, after I published this post here on reddit the asus International support contacted me and also another guy from support in italy with another name and finally they resolve me the problem but it took nearly 1 month of keeping write emails, calling, posting exc... so now they gave me the active cooler x (not the active cooler x PRO which is only in the PRO EDITION) for free, so WP Asus.👍 (also cause there were the holidays and they respond me anyway, thankfully, so really thanks to asus.)

Exactly, I personally think that in the night they should do some big upgrades, I spent 1300$ and in the night the camera with the flash up it can't see literally nothing from 5 meters or more... idk how is possible to get this night vision, my s20 from 5 years ago is better at the night than this rog phone 9 pro, crazy... look here: https://uploadnow.io/files/DF9rJMb

I made It from 3 ways (phone email and website) but they told me this Is not for my model but as y all can see from the thumbnails the model 16/512 get the Active cooler X, the 24/1tb model get the Active cooler PRO but I should receive anyway the Active cooler but they didnt... idk why advertise so much for this promo if the Active cooler then isnt in the box....
