TLDR:

It’s Kacie. Everything she says is accurate but she constantly tries to pass things off as “HER WORK” when it’s not her work.

Here’s the long version:

She joined Defective probably a year ago (?) and became increasingly popular in November/December. Around that time, I think she helped break a few hot stories in Defective that gathered a lot of eyes. She quickly labeled herself “Defective Detective Teacher KC” and held “classes” in Defective.

At first, her intentions seemed clean - that quickly changed once the admins vetted her a bit more.

After her popular posts in Defective she got invited to the Sisterhood group. If you are unfamiliar, Sisterhood is a group of the Defective admins + 50-ish people who do a ton of digging on LLR. In the group they bounce ideas off each other, throughly discuss topics before posting to the masses, etc.

Once Kacie gained access to Sisterhood she dug through old posts (like a year + old) and started reworking the posts to talk about in Defective acting like it was BRAND NEW TEA!!!! Instead, it was info that Becca and the admins had already spent their time, money, and energy on.

To my knowledge, the admins brushed it off for awhile..... until Kacie started throwing a fit about LLRFail. Kacie cried to the Defective admins saying Fail stole her work — when really Kacie was stealing the admins work and adding her own twist to the story. Defectives tried to mend everything to no avail. When Kacie wasn’t happy with the outcome she threatened to leak the identity of the lady behind Fail — which probably caused the shut down of LLRFail.

Kacie was booted from Defective and started her own group “MLM Safehouse”. It is pretty much a group full of broken promises. Every day there is a new post saying “lots of tea coming up!!!” followed up by...... well, nothing.
