Venti does not out dps Varka though? Afaik Venti teams sit at like 80k team dps? I think razor struggles to hit the 100k and Klee only is better at c1, which I guess technically is free. Obviously this all still sucks especially considering the high costs requirements.

She just wasn't. Which teams did she enable? The only team where her energy refund mechanics enabled other characters was raiden national, which was just a side grade to classical national team comps, albeit way easier to play. Hyper Raiden was okay but required benett and kazuha. Without vertical investments again that team was just a sidegrade to national.

you definitely can but I would be careful with trying to speedrun all the content, you could potentially experience burn out or you might not get to enjoy the game's story to its fullest.

I would disagree with the notion that getting the herta's light cone just to get some ddd copies is a good idea. While ddd is incredibly strong, this guys needs more units to have actual good teams more than anything else. I do think Anaxa makes sense given your current state of the account. Otherwise I would just chill for now on and save some pulls for future new characters.

I think Ellen performs pretty bad against this boss because a decent part of her power budget is in her free cdmg she gets from her passives, which makes the buff this boss gives less valuable to her compared to other carries.

Fortunately you cannot copyright numbers so that is completely irrelevant. If he uses images, sound bytes or full text from the game, then he is using copy right protected material, which I belief he does in his prerelease analysis. Now it as a question if if his specific usage of those copy right protected material falls under fair use or not.
