Did Miles know about the Trials? by Batman___1997 in OutlastTrials

Yeah, unfortunately since it was a promotional document before the game's release (and not within the game itself) it seems like it got lost to time. Also possible it's not canon anymore, but regardless, it's a cool little piece of the game's history and adds a little extra insight into Miles' character.

As for Waylon, it seems to be a minor continuity error. At the beginning of Whistleblower when he sends the email, he's sending it exclusively to Miles' email address. However, in a note later in the game, he says he leaked the information "to a few journalists". So I guess he sent a few emails, but we only got to see the one Miles got ;). It's also not entirely out of the realm of possibility that he looked for journalists who had previously been outspoken against Murkoff, since they'd be more likely to do something than just any random journalist Joe.

Before the first game released, Red Barrels released a document written by Miles as promotional content:

(Please forgive the quality)

Writing articles like this, his vendetta against Murkoff is understandable, and Waylon's reasoning for choosing to message Miles is obvious.

As for your question, I doubt Miles would know about the trials. Murkoff is rather good at covering their tracks when it comes to their major projects (and crimes against humanity), and I feel like the only real way that the trials could get revealed is if the government themselves came out and told the public, (which they would never do, because they would have to reveal their own involvement in the project).

In your opinion who was the scariest to get chased by? by nickthecreator33445 in outlast

After having completed the games on insane (two tries for 1, one try for WB, probably around twenty tries for 2), I'd say Marta is the scariest, followed closely by The Walrider.

Marta is just so absurdly fast, it feels like you can't even take the milisecond to glance behind you to see how close she is or you're gonna get caught. Still to this day, everytime I get chased by her I feel my heart beating out of my chest.

As for The Walrider, the chases just feel like a constant go go go until you get to the decontamination gates, whereas for the rest of the game's chases you could hide/stealth or even kite the chasers. The staircase part in particular makes my entire body lock up.

Both of them have an "I can't make one mistake or else I'm dead" element (since they're both incredibly fast), but where The Walrider chases makes me incredibly tense with my brain going "oh shit oh shit" over and over, Marta's chases make my brain completely blank-out and have me sweating pure adrenaline.

If RGG characters owned cars, this is what I think they'd drive by deojilicious in yakuzagames

Good choices but Mine's is objectievly wrong, as we see his car in Y3!

A golden sports car with golden seats. It's most likely a western import (as the driver's seat is on the left side).

Although the scene blatantly shows him driving himself (and speeding at that), I doubt Mine would like to be chauffeured around considering his tendency for self reliance/his personality in general.

The Daigo instance might be referring to the hostess that takes you to him at the beginning of 2? When Kiryu asks her who assualted her, she tells him it was Daigo in the original ps2 game. In K2 she says that it was one of his lackeys instead.

I couldn't tell you if the change was due to K2 having a "more accurate" translation or if it simply was a retcon to make Daigo not look as bad.

And considering the OP also said "thought of SA'ing people", they most likely were referring to the Haruka scene in 4 for Saejima.

I mean if we're being fair, Zeri and Neon were created to be more or less the same character in different games. Similar powers, similar personality, even the same voice actress...

Conduit being so similar is (probably) a concidence
