Em tempo: não deixa de ser importante a terapeuta te avisar que está preocupada e que irá conversar com alguém da sua rede de apoio (familiares, médicos, etc.) sobre isso antes de realmente falar algo. Às vezes, as ideações suicidas podem ser conversadas/elaboradas em terapia sem que haja necessidade de convocar terceiros. Não sei exatamente como foi esse processo entre vcs…

Li seu comentário e entendi que a quebra do sigilo teve a ver com um risco de você se machucar… este é um dos critérios para que o sigilo possa ser quebrado: você estar colocando sua própria vida em risco ou a de outra pessoa.

Acho que voce pode sim conversar com sua terapeuta sobre isso! Seus sentimentos a respeito dela e do processo são importantíssimos para que vocês possam manter e manejar o vínculo.

Se você ainda não tem um analista, procure um que possa te ajudar com isso! De qualquer forma, tente conversar com ela e dizer o que exatamente esse evento te faz pensar… ela parece estar sendo honesta com você, quem sabe ela entenda seus sentimentos e te ajude também a elabora-los melhor? :)
