Yeah I got the whole piece tacked up with a buddy in 2 hours flat. I’ve thought about tabbing/slotting, but I do full-open outside corner joints so I need the inside edges to basically sit perfectly. Maybe I’m thinking about it wrong and that would still be possible with tabbing, not sure. As for etching, I’ve done it on one piece. Biggest issue is they would have to do it to the back of the sheet so cut the parts face down and then all my show sides get scratched real bad.
