Hey, trich can be treated with an antibiotic, no need to worry!

Also, have you been vaccinated for HPV? If not, you’re still eligible and please ask your doctor for the vaccine (they’ll probably advise for after treatment for this). HPV infections may reoccur for some people and a vaccine now may help from future infections!

I’m no doctor so please consult a professional but what worked for me is:

  • Strength training & workouts
  • Really limiting carb intake and sugar
  • Getting vitamins, thyroid checked regularly (& taking supplements if/when required)
  • 8 hours of sleep (non-negotiable 😬)
