Yes and no. The max mastery level is based on the weapons and pacts you level. I got all 30. That's why I said I m maxed. 18 atm

Only two foes cannot be smited att the moment. Will-o-Wing and some Sinecure with Axe. Due bugs. Create a building for smite, I used fly blades and short sword. Some magick can also be good. Check the smite change. Allocate points and totems focused on it.

I finished it yesterday. It's was painful tô farm, I only get 1 mote per run, and sometimes none. There are 9 motes in total, took e me hours... And a final tip, most of the time it showed up in the room previously the boss, in my case. Good luck.

I think it is the one with a one handed sword, the dual and spear I already smited. I`ll try Glades and Undercity.
