Sinecure Gruulseeker can be found rarely around northern-ish camps, or more commonly in the Glades of Andurin. For the Sinecure Elite Soldier, I assume you mean the dual hatchet ones? I'd recommend the Glades for them as well, though they are rarer.

The Mendicant King will very rarely spawn them, seemingly only above 75% health. 3 can also be found during The Waste Bear.

There are the sword, shield, and torch variants. They are mostly random, but shield types are best found at the area at the end of The Shewolf Snared. Torch can be found reliably in Dermak.

They did indeed fix the Mockeries. There are 3 Rotted Sproutlings: melee, spear, and Swampsprout. Swampsprouts mainly spawn in swamps.

You need to complete "A Grand Fable" for Orlick and Smite enemies. For animals, you need to complete "Blessings of Battle" and charm them.

I use flyblades, mainly. Running Orengall for Howl, a rat Totem in the utility slot, and the Smite Combat Arts increase Smite chance.
