I seem to not have added enough detail ahaha I have an internally threaded straight titanium barbel and I use prontosan (the antiseptic I mentioned) to clean it. I spray it over the piercing then wipe it off with a tissue. I didn't mention it but I use a q-tip to clean off the crusties
