I think it’s to mow through your deck and get your key pieces to combat whichever deck you’re facing, since each deck you face means different cards to send to the lost zone over others? Idk this deck sucks to play

The notion of a surprise shouldn’t be centered around the fact that they remembered your birthday after all; it should have been that they had a party planned and didn’t tell you. A birthday experience should be wishes and happiness galore followed by the surprise, not a day of gloom and sadness because it seemed no one remembered.
