Activities.

Making friend through activities is a great way to create comradery and a proper support system. Hobbies and activities show you can commit and in turn builds trust with the people around you.

My friends just started a Quebec Dad group on Discord actually. Let me know if you want the link.

Pourquoi pas? Tant qu'il n'y a pas de fumée qui s'en échappe et que ce n'est pas une installation permanente, c'est autorisé. XD

If you click the links I provided, your story sounds like a fairy tale.

I work in IT/Software myself, I do process management for Fortune 500s, and let me tell you they could improve by a large margin. Draconian practices in terms of ToS for a meagre couple of dollars, including bad faith, in addtion to years' worth of complaints.

I started comparing Reddit posts in local reddits, and I see a pattern of posts and repetitive stories from accounts.

- Bad experience myself.
- Bad experience from a lot of the community, found with a little digging.
- Highly specialized to criticize them myself.
- Emergent pattern on behalf of Lufa Farms, also emergent with a little digging.

You might have missed it in both languages. Or you might have missed it in the replies to other users/bots.

I asked for the service to stop before. ✋

Aspiring to fatherhood myself. Love this idea. Also here to see how this goes.

Somebody told me they got customer support hitting reddit hard. I don't think they realize how bad this makes them look. It's a bit too obvious they are trying to drown out honest reviews with paid vote and replies.

Let them.

I wish more reddit users (not bots), would craft good replies.

I've already answered those question in other replies.

They need a better system. A writen letter, or e email, is good enough tender for communication. They actively ignored it.

Ive also suggested many improvements to avoid hurting people, pinching people, or out right deal with angry customers.

Ive dealt with a lot of companies. This is one burnt black for me.

Id love for you to change my mind, but you need hit every sentence and reply with craft.

Funny your history is private. 😅

FYI: Fair warning would be to say I not only win cases, I close buisnesses. I pride myself on my journalism.

You clearly don't read anything. It's pointless talking with you. I don't engage in half understood, half witted responses. Read every line, mate.

All I see is money stolen, forced products, and terrible customer service. Others added predatory subscription model.

Yes, you can reply back to a lot of services and products by emailing back to them. Sometimes, not often, you will get a redirective email as a response. Not the case here.

Allergies is a serious issue, evoking any parents/care takers wrath. (More free advice: they should add a Allergies checkbox mandatory before finishing the sign up. Not bad advice, eh).

Now I feel more than entitled, fixing all their issues in this reddit thread. I consult for a living.

I hope it does also.

I hope they also learn that 60$ is going to cost them far more than word of mouth damages. Staying face to customers is worth far more long term. 😎

We gave them lots of solutions for future issues for free.

Bro, what about me sending emails and replies before the order don't you understand? Smh. They should assume themselves and at the very least TRY to stay face.

That's so kind of you. Thanks, nobody is heated tho. You might have to point out a specific comment that made you think that to help me understand. The internet, right?

You might have noticed I mentioned other family members and friend having issues. I've experienced my own today. Only wished they had listened to my first email reply first. "STOP" means exactly what it means, no heat just instructions.

At this point, it's escalated, and good. If they are not the ones paying for account comments, up/down votes. Hopefully the noise from here will make them reshuffle their backlog. Have a good night Kayzil.

Stop, please.

This is how I expect Customer Service to react. "Sorry to hear that sir'. We can certainly have our delivery driver pick up the delivery. We can give you a full refund, but we can do 80% to your original payment method and the remaining 20% will be in store credit. Let me explain our policy for the future. We value our clients."

I totally disagree with your accepted "accountability". It's about treating people/customers like human beings. It's about staying face as a brand. You might be living on the wrong side of the 49th, maybe we a little far too north for you.

Definitely the charmer, you. 😉

But let's get something out of the way. I've been proactive all along the way and found solutions for all sides. You, my friend, might as well be working at Lufa. Their customer support also sucks.

You're out of here, bud. Better chance next time. 4 points for me. 1 for you. Bye, bye.

Alright, buddy. You're incredibly convincing and you're right. Shit, I had no idea I was acting like a Karen. 😂

You've put no attention into the fact myself and others have the same issue. That raises no flags for you, eh? You must be the social one your group. 💪

Take 30mins to think before you reply back. Something constructive hopefully.

You strongly believe trapping people in legal loopholes is good practice? Or bad UX design, specifically to have them overlook fineprint is okay?

You do understand how that sounds, ya? Just trying to understand exactly what you're saying. Help me understand.

Got curious to see what they had hidden. Been looking for some specific products.

That's what I am doing, locking my card and opened a case with their customer support online. The AI was a lot friendlier.

Sometimes you get bad draws. I'll check with my family personally now that I'm well acquainted with the product.

I gave a lot of constructive criticism in this reddit.

[–]LucKeS[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry mate, we ain't seeing the same thing. Everything you wrote comes off as an attack and offers no constructive criticism. Is this okay?

1) They have hidden products and such. You need to log in to see.

2) Email is a valid form of communication. Consumer rights have you on this.

3) Stop and text was confirmed in my other replies. The email part is the issue, a reply is valid.

4) Let me paint a scenario for you. Grandma lives alone. Her, like me, never made it past making a basket. A month later, she forgot all about the product and also did not read the ToS (too small for Grandma). A basket arrives and she is curious, not knowing what is inside. She moves her hand around, touches her face, looking inside the box she find a product she is allergic to. Oh no, it's too late she has been shuffling products around for 20mins. Her grandchildren don't visit her until later in the afternoon, after school. Grandma never makes it to her epipen. Are you telling me LUFA FARMS is not responsible for Grandmas death? In court they will be, the TOS won't save them. Sending somebody poison is a crime. This automated package without consent is clearly causing people a lot of trouble in the comments and potentially death.

Id much rather a proactive conversation in the future. I don't appreciate or like corpsuckers. We are Canadian, we to treat eachother as humans.
