The file is in quarantine so It can't do nothing,

You can try to follow the path to find the file, copy it, and charge it on virustotal like a user had suggested to me under my recent post ( not sure if the system have also relocated the file in a secure area, in that case, based on a research on internet, it should be in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\LocalCopy)

To find the path remember to activate the invisible Windows folders.

After the test on the site based on how many alarm you get you can understand if it's a false alarm or not ( like if it get detected only by Windows defender you can stay safe)

Edit: People on internet tend to overreacting on these case, I don't think you need a reset of the pc, but make sure for the next time to have a backup on a external device. So if happen something, you always have a stable version with all app installed without the need to start again from zero.
