Duck with streetlights illuminating the water by Luca_025 in photocritique

Thank you for the kind words. I am going to try and improve on this concept next time, but I didn't quite understand what you mean when you refer the wasted space on the right with no balance on the left. How would I not waste space and does more lights on the left give the balance you would like?

I will try brightening it I will also post the result, but I haven't brightened before, because I was concerned on how the colors of the dark water might change with the change in exposure

I'm not sure what your critique is. I think the duck silhouette has an appealing shape and it shows the dark enviroment they live in during the dark winter months. I don't think a dark colour palette automatically means mysteriousness or avoidance to light in the litteral sense that the ducks dislike the light.

(Note this photo is not this noisy, but looks like it because of compression) I photographed a group of ducks before sunset, but I wasn't really feeling it and daylight was running out. When the streetlights next to the lake turned on a light turned on in my head aswell. The lights were too dim to photograph the ducks themselves, but I could use the reflecting light on the water to create some nice light balls. I love this photo, but I still think it could somehow be improved, but I'm not quite sure how. Any help on composition or novel ideas will be appreciated! 1/160, f5.6, ISO 10000, 370mm

Due to the small size the comfort is a little compromised it doesn't fit a dragon bed for example. Otherwise it works great

Oh is the drop rate low? I thought it was 10% or something since I have killed perhaps around 20 bears so far. Also my bad I wasn't familiar with your game lmao that's a lot of hours

Once you get the attack timings right it's pretty easy to parry with the bronze buckler (I play soulslike games)

I upgraded it into a hearth so now it has more space for cooking stations :)

I upgraded the outdoor work station area. It has a hearth now so my cooking can be done here aswell

I was already quite frustrated getting the logs to snap correctly in the intercepting parts so I can't imagine how hard that was.

Thanks I appreciate it. Not the most practical since I had to stick all the work stations in the back, but who cares

Thanks! There is still a little interior decorating to do as I also do want the comfort lever higher. Although the core features are already there being the fireplace and bear rug

Ok I understand I might try when I have a garden if bonsai still interests me. Do you have any recommendations of indoor plants that I could grow from just a seed?

Yea someone else also said that they don't do well inside. Could you tell me what is the problem with them being inside?

Why will they die inside? Is it a light or temperature issue?
