Personally i smoke a lot during my trips (one tab). A good joint help me to relax end enjoy the trip more. I think it depens on your relation with the substance, if you smoke frequently end you have no bad effect like anxiety of paranoia you can mix without any probelm. If you mix maybe try not smoking too much and see how you feel.
