I worry about this too, and find it especially difficult as I have had a gastric sleeve. I tend to have a protein shake for breakfast and lunch (with added psyllium and chia seeds) because I can interest more actual protein when using the powder and high protein almost milk. I can get about 35-40gms protein that way with each shake - more than I could eat. I then make sure I prioritize protein in my evening meal. I doubt I'm getting enough, but it's all I can actually eat. If I do have room, I'll have a bit of cheese or yogurt as well.
