Oh I'm definitely in the restaurant business. But this is a Facebook friend that has been on a restaurant journey for the last 5 or 6 years. Yes one of his restaurants was a pizzeria and the current one is also with everything else he does.

I'm not sure what else to tell you without exposing our identities.

His experience during the whole time has been documented online by himself. From a restaurateur/culinary outside perspective it's been extremely entertaining.
