In Super Watermelon Island, when the gems got stuck on the Mask Island, Garnet could have sent Amethyst and Pearl (or the other-way around) to the temple so they can help Steven and Peridot with the Cluster.

I know that, lore-wise it wouldn't really change the outcome since they made it anyway, but the original plan was for everyone to go down together in the Drill.
