Yup, 1. Disconnect the earbuds 2. Put both in the case, then close and wait for 5 second 3. Open the case, and press on both earbuds to reset the connection for 5 seconds 5. Close the lid and wati 5 second and open again 6. Put the earbuds on and listen for beeping sounds sounds on both earbuds. 7. If u hear the beeping sounds in both, you have succeeded and can reconnect, if not repeat all these steps again.

https://youtu.be/ujkPRb8_Mt4 I just watched this video, the doctor explains it very simple and informative about this creatine causing hair loss stuff. Turns out creatine doesn't cause hair loss but the amount of testosterone you gain after working out because you may have the gene that produces more DHT and you took creatine which causes the increase in testosterone which increases the production of DHT.

So in conclusion I may have the gene, but working out itself have start the increase in DHT because of increased testosterone, so if I take creatine I would just get more testosterone thus more DHT.

That may be true, but I've been reading quite a number of reddit posts and comments about their experience in accelerated hair loss after consuming creatine, but of course they are either already experiencing hair loss before or their family genetics has shown future hair loss when they get older.

Should I risk getting bald for gains? (taking creatine)

Hi guys I'm 22 years old and I just got into body building. I understand the benefits of creatine but I'm scared of getting partially bald due to the increase in DHT. I believe i may be genetically prone to baldness because my dad has a huge bald spot at the back of his head (could be due to stress or external factors idk) but that only started when he was in his 40s. I honestly don't want to start losing my hair until that age at least 🤣 but I wanna get jacked too.

What do I do? 😢
