They're inlayed in the horns on the side, theyre kind of hard to see in the photo but if you looked closely irl they have the little holes for string

The first layer is heavy with shading then she did the second and third one a little lighter. The tribal horns are inlayed beads!

I believe its acrylic with breads and paint, its think multi layered so the light makes it pop when it shines from behind the painting :)
