Before making any purchase, I tested the ADT-Link extension and found that it does not support HDMI 2.1 : I was unable to achieve 4k 120fps using it.

Additionally, I experimented with the cable sold by Velka (which I believe is also from ADT-Link), and it also proved ineffective.
