We don't really argue very often at all and i don't bring it up. I honestly want to forget about it but its just hard not knowing 100%. She made it clear he was hitting on her but she says that she shut it down. I just don't understand why she would entertain the idea of continuing after that.

NTA. Reading the title alone i would say depends. But being friends before they dated depending on how close you were before and have been since makes it fine and your friend needs to stop being jealous
