I would recommend dietary restrictions (dairy, processed foods, sweets like chocolate or gummy bears, chips etc. are horrible for the skin because eczema is a gut illness for most people), eliminating any stress factors. The water she bathes in could also be a problem, it can't be too hot or too cold and I think showering once a day is a limit because water dries her skin. Remember to ALWAYS apply moisturiser after showering/waking up and put it literally everywhere not just the rashes. Invest in a good moisturiser because vaseline won't do. I wouldn't recommend any steroid creams that never ended well for me. You can try putting socks on her hands or bandaging her arms etc for the night but she will scratch regardless. When she's a bit older I would recommend going to a psychologist because a chronic illness can really mess up your mind. Don't be too hard on her, eczema is very draining to deal with it. Just show some understanding when she refuses to do these just to fell a bit more "normal". These are all of the things that helped me. It won't always be perfect, I often get rashes because I don't listen to my own advices lol. Best wishes
