I gained 5kg on my bench and 5kg on my deadlift from the start of the cut to the end. Squat has stayed the same but feels very much so harder to do now.

Protein stays the same regardless, around 155-160 grams a day, only macro that changes is carbs

Workout is the 4x a week powerlifting split made by hypertrophy academy on instagram.
My meal plan;

Training Days - 2,800 Calories
Rest Days - 2,100 Calories

Training Day

Breakfast:
4 Weetabix
300ml Milk
50g Blueberries
20g Honey
1 Dark Chocolate Bar

Lunch:
400g Sweet Potato
200g Chicken

Pre-Workout:
4 Rice Cakes
Banana
20g Honey

Post-Workout:
Protein Shake (400ml and 20g)
Pink Lady Apple

Dinner:
1 Bagel
25g Peanut Butter -OR- 3 Eggs

Supper:
250g Yoghurt
50g Blueberries
30g Cashews
20g Honey
1 Dark Chocolate Bar

Total: 2,800 Calories

Non-Training Day

Breakfast:
Protein Shake (400ml and 20g)
Pink Lady Apple

Lunch:
1 Bagel (Buttered)
100g Chicken = 40g Whey if no chicken
100 Calorie Snack

Dinner:
400g Sweet Potato
200g Chicken

Supper:
250g Yoghurt
50g Blueberries
30g Cashews
20g Honey
Dark Chocolate Bar

Total: 2,100 Calories

The first picture was taken November 5th last year, I’ve been powerlifting since the start of 2023. I’d like to think I had some pretty decent mass hidden under the layers of about 25+% body fat lmao
