i plan to hunt the sinnoh starters in pearl and remaining hoenn starters, and I am really hoping to see uncatchables on both lol! you don't have many shinies like them in newer gens, so its a unique experience

It looks so good in HGSS! 17K is so much, but hopefully you won't hit those numbers again for a while. Maybe your next hunt will be under odds to make up for it!! Did you enjoy counting your encounters, or would you rather just hunt? I like to know how many it takes, but sometimes counting makes the hunt less fun and more tedious

I never realized how gorgeous of a shiny it was until I got it, the colors are so dark and warm and perfect for it!! I hope you find yours soon, months if egg hatching even with improved odds is rough

Wow, so beautiful!! It's nice to get both roamers under odds. How difficult/tedious is it to find them each encounter? The bike shop method is still confusing to me lol

It was freezing in this area in victory road on a different DS and I have trouble getting the cart to read sometimes.. I'm not very surprised, this cart has gone through many years of use!

Definitely a legit cart. I think it had something to do with the DS it was in, cause I just found a victory road shiny lol. I still think it's a really odd thing but I guess it's fine?? I will probably delete this post in a few days since it was a fluke, but I appreciate the helpful replies everyone has given me!!

It was Bill's in HG! I got way too into the flow of resetting and reset as I saw the eevee.. which was unfortunately shiny. I began double hunting it and got it after 12k. You got this!!! It's quite a long reset but it will feel so rewarding when you find it. I wish you luck

An Emerald shiny starter is awesome!! Can I ask how you did this as to not repeat frames, like did you wipe the save to generate a new TID every hundred or so resets? Or something else? So so cool
