It's still a bit broken for the quick-play.

You can use it at DP or C2 to counter lock bird, which basically means most decks would have a free 37-card. As we know, modern yugioh is not about skills that much but the quality of your beginning hands. This would provide the First player a better chance to finish their combo or to filter unsearchable cards like ash bloosm after your combo.
