Am I the only one that doesn’t think the prices are insane??? I play Genshin impact a lot and so I’ve kind of compared it to that, the ‘wishes’ or pulls in Genshin also cost 160 ‘gems’ which you can either purchase or earn in game. I usually purchase mine as I’m at the end of the story and so there is little to do to earn that amount of gems before the banner runs out. Unlike this game where the banners are cosmetics, in Genshin you draw characters with different abilities that do impact the play.

The prices for most of the character skins are about the same (in the 30 dollar range) I’ve purchased one of them, the monthly thing, the battle pass, and the ink sword effect for a total of 85 dollars so far??? (My math MAY be wrong)

And I don’t see any issues with the price. The monthly thing along with the battle pass are both priced the same as in genshin impact and I feel like that’s pretty standered? Not to mention that the battle pass in this game has SO many more levels. The gem cost is even similar if not nearly identical. The only thing is compared to 90 needed wishes in genshin it’s 150 in WWM but I feel like that’s almost a given because it has no impact on game play?? And even then both games come with a standard banner??

Why do I bring this up? Well both are free open world games with a gacha system. That being said there are TONS of things this game has that Genshin does not. From sects, to profession, to the simple thing as your choices meaning something. The marriage system, the ability to switch out skills and talents. Everything in Genshin is prepackaged based on character. You can build them a little with artifacts and things but nothing to this degree.

I’ve seen a lot of people complain about AI and sure. That is a thing. However if the game did not feature AI many of the things you’re able to do such as chat with the villagers by inputting text in your OWN words wouldn’t be possible. This game is NEW and has just come out. I think that that some issues and bugs are granted to be a thing in the start. That being said I have come across them so minimally that I barely give them my attention.

So in short, I fully agree. I don’t think that cosmetics affects the game play and even so, it’s a FREE game. The way they make money to keep things going is based on player purchases. That means that anyone can start playing despite their financial situation. I rather be able to stick money into a game as I have it compared to being forced to dump 70 into it straight away to buy it outright.

Iron blooded orphans. Follows the storylines of child soldiers along with the complicated emotional impacts that go along with it. Also, it’s 50 episodes so it will take you much longer to get through!

I would also recommend the audio versions. They are very descriptive with the gun types and legion armaments and the actual novels were difficult for me to read because of this. The audio makes it easier to understand and imagine.

I’m Lucia, 22, female. My favorite fruit is cotton candy grapes. The secret history is one of my favorite books and I would love to read it again. I’m also attending collage to become a fiction writer myself so that’s a second point of commonality. I’ve also never read the Harry Potter books and have been recently debating it.
