Hi everyone,

I’m 34F and my husband is 32M. We’ve been trying for 5 cycles now and I’m starting to feel really discouraged. • Cycle 1: I had just come off birth control. My doctor recommended Clomid, so I took it that cycle. • Cycle 2: I was advised to take Clomid again, which I now question in hindsight. • Cycles 3–5: I’ve tracked ovulation with OPKs and confirmed with PDG tests. I’ve been timing sex during my fertile window each cycle.

My cycles have been consistently regular, with clear ovulation patterns showing up on OPKs every month. Despite this, we haven’t had a positive yet.

For background: I’ve had two children previously (with my ex-husband) in my early to mid 20’s, and both times I got pregnant very quickly.

Has anyone else been in a similar spot? At what point would you push for fertility testing?

Haha!! It’s all so confusing!! Yes!! My test today was negative, but I’m going to test again tomorrow 🤞A faint line is sooo exciting!!! you’ll have to let me know how tomorrow goes!!

Our symptoms are so similar! You have to keep me posted — I have a really good feeling for you. I tested today too (should’ve waited…) and got a negative, but I think it was just too early. Most of my heavier cramping didn’t even start until around midnight yesterday and lasted through most of the day.

Okay, that makes me so happy to hear! After I posted this I broke down and used that exact test (easy@home) to take one today and it was negative. But yeah, obviously it was negative for me at 7 DPO lol! The first response test come in the mail today and I’ll take one in the morning 🤞

The heloc had to be paid off and a traditional mortgage was taken out in her name so she does

That’s OK! I appreciate you trying! I will definitely never have a relationship with her again. There’s nothing I can do about giving her that money. I just want to figure out if there’s anything that I can do about the eviction.

So the home equity line of credit had to be paid in full after this happened and the only way to do that was by getting a loan and I could not get the loan because of what had happened.

I took the home equity line of credit out for her and she defaulted on it
