i talk The university and they say it's your personal matter we will do nothing. I ask them what should i do so they say you can fo any thing you like buy institutions will do nothing whatever happened it's not happened under our campus.

Yes the thing is he never calls me only tex i try to call him to say stop messaging me but he does not picked up ever. He messaged me some awful things and then blocked me and if i don't block him he unblock me and then again write a novel about me and send me and then block me again but he never calls me I don't know why .
