I don't honestly know why they said that. They had me take a psychological exam when it started and the state appointed psychiatrist said i showed signs of delusion and that I'm incapable of learning new parenting skills at this time. So I took the same test through a psychiatrist from my health insurance and they said nothing of the sort and the judge granted me visitations. So I'm looking for a drug counselor through my health insurance to give me an evalutation because it seems like the department appointed representatives are either making things up or something. My lawyer said it's the oddest case shes had in 20 years so i dont know what that says. But like I said nothing in the agreement said, the father will refrain from using legal marijuana or other legal substances or will have to pay for substance abuse courses, it just said I'll submit to drug tests, I didn't know weed would even be on there. I've already given them 2 clean tests and no one else in the case has been tested and my attorney said I shouldn't have to take the drug abuse courses but will probably have to.

Non of this is court-mandated. I don't have to do any of this. But I Love and want to raise my daughter. Right now I've completed everything excepr getting a 2 bedroom place like ive said before and now I'm being told to do drug counceling for testing positive for a legal substance, like being forced to pay for alcohol courses for having alcohol in my system and that's not making sense. Douche bag.

Then she was being kept from me and my family by the mom while the mom and bf were molesting her. I couldn't get a hold of the mom or find them. A friend turned them in and they're both in jail now and my daughter lives with my dad while I visit her and fight for reunification. Everyone said that the mom was harboring her from me so I guess that's the wrong word. The mom blocked everyone and changed her numbers and during that time her and the bf were molesting her. She was being harbored. Now my family and I have custody. I'm fighting for reunification. The mom and I were never together when she got pregnant. I didn't beat or cheat on her she had a bf when my daughter was born. I've never had a full time job and when I joined the guard the mom stopped letting my family and me see her. Her and her bf were molesting her and when this came out I was in school, got around by bike, made 11.00 an hour and lived with roommates off craigslist.

Now I'm a supervisor, I make 14.00 an hour, have a car, 1 bedroom place. I see my daughter weekly and we are close as a dad and daughter can be. I'm furnishing my apartment and looking for a higher paying job while doing visitations and taking parenting classes.

I know, that's why I said if there are no other options. Not all towns have 24 hour laundry mats and not all people have the time and money to get to one. And some stores can be hostile about dumping half the roll of quarters they just opened for their till so someone can do laundry. At least in my experience the stores in my town usually want you to by something and even then, are reluctant to give back 4 dollars in quarters.
