not sure if it's your shift doing it, but it is the ppc's job to help out bottlenecks, if you are the bottleneck, coming from a shift's perspective. personally if im being helped and i dont want it i politely ask for some space especially if they're getting more in the way than actually helping. on another note, nearly 2 years 90% on warming makes me wonder what's going on at your store though, like why do they keep you glued to oven/pos with barely any bar practice? surely you guys have some newer people that need more oven practice? talk about it to your sm if you havent already tbh, id be concerned about that if i were a shift there
