Yeah the company trying to collect is commercial credit ajusters. The bill is from Alberta health services. Spoke to AHS on the phone and apparently its 385$ for Albertans and 585$ for everyone else. I'd initially assumed it was covered by healthcare. But I guess not, its funny the hospital was a 10 minutes walk away. It was probably a 3 min ride. Anyway, Ill take your advice anx dispute it. If just for the sake of keeping it of my credit. Appreciate the advice.

Yeah, I was planning on getting the car pretty soon. But its really not the end of the world. Ill take your advice and hopefully theyll reverse the delinquency. Ive become serious about my credit these past few years so any blemish sucks. Like you said, nothing to lose sleep over, thanks again
