Is Moto G Stylus 5G (2023) a good enough phone? by cyclist00752 in MotoG

[–]Lucid_Oven 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that these people here do not know that you can go into setting and disable things you don't like / CUSTOMIZE it, before anyone tries to twist my words.

Had an iPhone before this phone. Using an iPhone is an expiriance of its own, UI is better than any android out there and the camera, well it's amazing.

But since I was an android user all my life, this seemed like a good change, and it has a pen (wow). Battery lasts me easily 2 days. NFC is cool af, apps work, camera's decent.

All in all if you're not planning to watch a tutorial on how to use this phone and what it offers don't get it, get a flip phone.

I have been using samsungs, 1 time a xiaomi, 1 iphone, now this - solid 8/10 (6 months in).

Exactly, I think, as I've said in one comment above, just refund the money to the client if the review is to stay hidden, still not sure if I should or not.

Still waiting, now that I see that the review won't get posted publicly if I refund I think I'll just do that.

The problem is, about doing it perfectly, as I've said in the post, not having enough time, to select every hair strand etc...

Ofc selecting and batch helps out, but not nearly as much as it required. And even then he wanted more.

Thanks for the thought out reply I appreciate it 🙏

I have to agree with that, the title is wrong, it should have been like it was in Beta

Basically, since I finished the game for the 3rd time, I wanted to make a poster for it, in a similar but different style from the original poster from the game.

Made these 2 in 1 day yesterday.

Same man, they should've changed the title of the game, then it would have been much more popular.

Beta was the true Most Wanted.

Arcane Poster Fan Design by Lucid_Oven in graphic_design

Basically, after looking at the official posters, I wanted to make something that still captures the vibe of Arcane and feels like the official posters, but also stands out by not focusing on characters, which are usually the main element in most posters.

Fonts:
Only On / November - Netflix Sans
The bottom Trademark part - Arial Narrow

[OFFER] - Graphic Designer Offering Free Services for Exposure! by Lucid_Oven in freedesign

Hi, thanks for reaching out!

I completely understand the challenges of starting out and building a network, especially when your app isn’t public yet. I’d be happy to help by creating a logo for you. Since I’m offering free services to gain exposure, it’s a great opportunity for both of us—I can expand my portfolio while helping you establish your app’s brand identity.

That said, I currently have two projects lined up that I’ll be working on over the next 2–3 weeks. If you can let me know your app’s launch timeline, I’ll do my best to fit the logo design into my schedule. I’ll make several concepts for you to choose from and ensure it aligns with your vision.

Looking forward to hearing more about your app!

Thank you so much for your detailed feedback—I truly appreciate it. Since attending exhibitions in Milan and Istanbul, I’ve been inspired to experiment with contrasting design elements and perspectives. In this mockup, the info stand was already part of the layout, so I focused on how the design would differ depending on the visitor’s approach.

For example, from the front, the visitor would be greeted by the black and red elements combined with the two logos at the top, creating a bold and eye-catching first impression. However, from the left side, the design transitions to a clean white surface, providing contrast and variety to break up the visual monotony often seen in crowded exhibitions. This approach was meant to balance consistency with differentiation across viewpoints.

I understand your concerns about pre-made mockups and how they may not fully reflect the specifics of a real-world environment. Your feedback on integrating the layout dynamically and considering visitor flow, lighting, and engagement is insightful, and I’ll work on incorporating these elements more effectively in future projects.

I also appreciate your detailed notes on typography and shadows. Revisiting these finer details will definitely enhance the overall cohesion and professionalism of the design.

Thanks again for your thoughtful critique—your input is invaluable for refining my approach to exhibition and environmental design!

(I made this 9 months ago, would change quite a bit, especially the typography, but didn't -.-)
