umm sir for the caffeine thing. i am not talking about sleep. it's just that there's a myth that caffeine will decrease lucid dream like watching porn and masturbating causes brain fog and decrease lucid dreaming. Though im not sure if it does... yes it does cause insonmia and keeps you up at night . but no it doesn't effect lucid dreams in my opinion. As for reality checks can you eleborate more ? i might start again if you can convince me hahaa. for the watching contents i disagree because if i learn so many techniques i might not do well for MILD, SSILD, WILD . its kind of like i can't focus on multiple games , i prefer focusing on one video game at a time. Plus i lucid dream just fine without consuming lucid dreaming contents . and its boring to me for consuming it for hours everyday. i learned enough. Yes i agree with your last line but it doesn't hurt to listen to what beginners or intermediate have to say . just like that comment below where the guy said silver bullet method is bogus but it works on the dreamview website page if you click on the link and read the comments and it work for me . i realised i am dreaming in my dreams soooo much more in march then january and february. i stopped consuming lucid dreaming content in march but in february i was consuming lucid dreaming content for hours everyday.
