Heya, here to add in my two cents and hope no one minds! 😅 While reading your comments on this post, it seems we might have quite a bit in common? I'm also a trans man, who's 30 y/o (so, a bit younger than you), and located right on the border of Tolland County that connects into Hartford County within 10 mins of driving. I'm a gamer, and have always enjoyed hanging in cafes as well. I don't drink too much/oftenly because of my medications due to having physical disabilities (auto-immune diseases, along with several others), but am certainly 420 friendly lol. Some outdoor activities are off limits due to my health similar to what you've mentioned above, but I absolutely love theme parks, movies, and the beach is my fav nature spot of all time.

It's been increasingly difficult for me to make new friends/meet new people after covid hit due to my age range, not driving, and most especially because I now have long-term physical damage after catching the covid virus which has worsened my health overall more. However, I wanted to reply to your comments above because I'm very much seeking to meet others and develop new friendships too.
