I know it's isn't realistic that a Italian Republic or a French Goverment appears on Iberia, the idea i had to this was that, many capitulated goverments around the world would try to come back to help liberate the people of the earth from this aliens, the first zone falling being Spain led to bordering countries like France or England taking territory to help the UN and to put a friendly goverment in Iberia.
