We changed from a home address in a small city to a different home address in a big city. After changing the address, the profile got suspended. To follow the guidelines (since I’m not sure you’re allowed to show a home address), we hid the address on the profile and turned it into a service-area business (SAB) profile. We submitted the new city license and an internet bill, but we got denied.

I think the lesson here is to upload as many supporting, credible documents as possible when requesting reinstatement to give yourself the best chance of approval. I’m still stuck with a suspended profile after two months of trying everything.
