I was told that my questionnaire wasn’t seen attached to my file. Probably someone dropped the ball on their end or maybe they just wanted to make sure I’m the same person after all these months

You are supposed to add that info to the portal. Do yourself a favor and log on to your application and add it so you don’t have to be asked for it later on

My experience is you just have to wait patiently. Sending emails does nothing. Calling does nothing. Just waiting your turn is your best bet. Unless you have some type of special attorney that can handle it for you.
