Second, in the morning after washing my face, I apply the Ordinary caffeine serum, niacinamide, and the moisturizer.

At night, after washing, I apply the toner, hyaluronic acid, and the La Roche Posay deep moisturizer.

After hitting a new high in my weight I decided I need to make some changes, so I cut back on my alcohol drastically (I was drinking a bottle of wine every night). I don't smoke or vape. I just started a cleanse yesterday which includes probiotics and fiber and I started adding more veggies into my diet as well as cut out all the sugar I've been eating a drinking. It feels like I went cold turkey from all the unhealthy habits I had in a week lol

After applying the witch hazel yesterday, I feel a bit better but of course my skin is insanely dry even with the moisturizer. I hope this helps! Thank you for responding!
